2. Who This Policy Covers
This policy addresses two distinct groups:
- Account holders (B2B customers): Business professionals who create a Veriscore account, purchase credits, and run analyses.
- Analyzed subjects (influencers): Public social media account holders whose publicly available profile data may be analyzed through our platform at the request of our customers.
3. Data We Collect from Account Holders
When you create and use a Veriscore account, we collect:
- Account information: Email address, password (hashed), account creation timestamp
- Payment information: Payment method details are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor. We receive only a tokenized reference — we never store raw card numbers on our servers.
- Usage data: Analyses run, credits purchased and consumed, credit transaction history
- Technical data: IP address (used for abuse prevention), browser type, referring URL
Lawful basis (GDPR): Contract performance for account and service delivery; legitimate interest for fraud prevention and security.
4. Data Analyzed on Influencer Subjects
When a customer requests analysis of a social media account, we collect and process publicly available profile data from the specified platform, including: username, follower/subscriber counts, public post metrics (likes, comments, views, shares), public biography, and account creation date.
We do not access, collect, or store private messages, private account data, payment information, or any data that is not visible to the general public on the respective platform.
Lawful basis (GDPR): Legitimate interest in providing business intelligence services on publicly available information to support informed commercial decision-making.
If you are an influencer subject and wish to inquire about data processed about your public account, please contact us at hello@veriscore.com.
