Terms of Service
Effective date: March 10, 2026 · Last updated: March 10, 2026
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Veriscore ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is operated by Regnor ("Veriscore," "we," "our," or "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Veriscore is a business-to-business (B2B) service intended exclusively for use by business professionals, marketing agencies, and brand teams for internal due diligence purposes. It is not intended for personal, household, or consumer use.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.
- You must have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms if using on behalf of a company.
- Veriscore does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 13. If you become aware of anyone under 13 accessing the Service, contact us immediately at hello@veriscore.com.
3. Credit System
- The Service operates on a prepaid credit model. Credits must be purchased in advance before running analyses.
- Credits never expire and carry over indefinitely.
- Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by applicable law.
- Credit costs per analysis are displayed before confirmation. Costs may change with notice; purchased credits are grandfathered at the time of purchase.
- An 80-credit signup bonus may be offered to new accounts; bonus credits are subject to verification requirements and may be revoked if account abuse is detected.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use Veriscore reports only for internal business due diligence. Specifically, you agree:
- To use reports solely to inform your own partnership, sponsorship, or investment decisions
- Not to redistribute, resell, or publicly share individual analysis reports without written permission from Veriscore
- Not to use reports as the primary or sole basis for making defamatory public statements about any individual or organization
- Not to use the Service to harass, target, or discriminate against individuals
- Not to attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service or its scoring methodologies
- To comply with applicable social media platform terms of service when interpreting and using analysis results
5. Nature of the Service — Important Disclaimer
Algorithmic Analysis — Not Professional Investigation
Veriscore reports are generated by algorithmic analysis of publicly available data combined with AI evaluation. They are not:
- A professional fraud investigation
- A legal determination of fraud, deception, or wrongdoing
- A guarantee of accuracy or completeness
- A substitute for independent due diligence
Risk scores and indicators reflect patterns in publicly available engagement data. They may not account for legitimate explanations for anomalous patterns (e.g., viral content, temporary bot attacks on a legitimate account, platform algorithm changes). Always use Veriscore as one input alongside your own judgment and additional verification.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Veriscore is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
- Veriscore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- You assume full responsibility for decisions made based on Veriscore reports. Veriscore is an analytics tool — partnership and investment decisions remain entirely your own.
7. Third-Party Platform Compliance
Veriscore analyzes publicly available data from third-party social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok). You acknowledge that:
- Your use of analysis results must comply with applicable platform terms of service.
- Platform APIs and data availability may change, affecting Service features without notice.
- Veriscore is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any social media platform.
8. Intellectual Property
All Veriscore software, scoring methodologies, visual design, and report templates are the intellectual property of Regnor. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for internal business purposes only. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.
9. Account Termination
- You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@veriscore.com. Upon closure, your personal data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.
- Unused credits are non-refundable upon account closure.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or present fraud risk — with or without notice.
10. Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing credits, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law. If a payment fails, access to credits will be suspended until payment is resolved.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Delaware.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to account holders at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
